# Lair Help — all guides Official product documentation. Canonical index: https://help.lair.so/docs # Getting started Claim your invite, pick an address and make yourself at home. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/getting-started ## Your life, in one place Lair brings your tasks, calendar, notes, news and other everyday things into one private place: your Lair. It’s laid out on **boards**, pages with their own tabs, starting with **Home**. Everything on a board is a **card**. Connect the AI agents you use, and they can help keep it all useful. See [boards and cards](https://help.lair.so/guides/boards-and-cards). You can use your boards yourself before connecting an agent. Lair does not run your AI subscriptions for you; agents connect from their own apps. ## Claim your Lair 1. Open the invite link you received. No invite yet? Join the waitlist at [lair.so](https://lair.so). 2. Choose your Lair name. It becomes `yourname.lair.page`. Use 3–30 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. Some names are reserved. 3. Verify your email with the six-digit code, or choose Google if that option is available. Email codes work for 10 minutes. 4. Choose the interests and apps that matter to you, then open your Lair. If the last step cannot open your Lair yet, use the retry on the signup page. Already created an account? Use [Find your Lair](https://lair.so/login) instead of claiming another invite. ## Set up Home, your first board Answer the setup conversation about your day and the things you use. Home, your first board, fills with cards as you go. You can connect integrations and agents during setup, or come back to them later in the Library and Settings. Try adding a to-do or note with the quick-capture box on Home. Use **Add card** for more cards, **New board** in the tabs for another board, and the [Library](https://help.lair.so/guides/library) for ready-made ones. In **Settings → General**, check your time zone so your day looks right. Bookmark your address. You can also [add your Lair to your home screen](https://help.lair.so/guides/notifications). --- # Your Lair URL Find your personal address, sign in and keep it close. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/your-lair-url ## An address of your own The name you chose at signup gives you an address like `yourname.lair.page`. Open it to reach your own boards. Visitors must sign in as you to use it. Your display name is separate. Changing “What your agents call you” in Settings → General does not rename your address. ## Forgot the address? 1. Open [lair.so/login](https://lair.so/login). 2. Enter the email you used for Lair and request your link. 3. Follow the link in your inbox, then sign in at your Lair. Check spam if the email is missing. Use the account email, including any alias you used when signing up. If you still cannot find it, [send us a question](https://help.lair.so/feedback). ## Your Lair and your share link Your regular Lair address opens the private app. A [share link](https://help.lair.so/guides/sharing) is a separate public view of the cards you choose. Sharing your regular address does not let someone sign in as you. With Pro, you can also [connect a domain you own](https://help.lair.so/guides/custom-domains). Your original `*.lair.page` address keeps working. --- # Invites Bring your people in, or get help with an invite that has expired. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/invites ## Use an invite Lair is invite-only. Open the full invite link, usually `lair.so/i/CODE`, and follow the signup steps. Each code works once and lasts 14 days. If a code is expired, used or revoked, ask the person who invited you for a fresh one. An invite is for a new account; existing owners can sign in at their own address. ## Invite someone 1. Open your Lair and go to **Settings → Invites**. 2. Choose **Share** next to a ready invite. Send the link to the person you want to invite. 3. Check the invite’s status there later. Once it is used, it cannot be used again. New accounts get three invites. If unused codes expire, choose **Swap expired for fresh ones**. This replaces expired codes; it does not refresh used invites. ## No invite yet? Join the waitlist at [lair.so](https://lair.so) with the email you want to use. Joining the waitlist is not an account or an immediate invite. Watch that inbox for your invite. --- # Boards and cards How a Lair is laid out: boards with their own tabs, Home first, each full of cards. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/boards-and-cards ## Your Lair, boards and cards Three words cover everything: - **Your Lair** is your whole private space at your own address, like “Sam’s Lair” at `sam.lair.page`. - **Boards** are the pages in it. Each has its own tab at the top. **Home** is your first board, with your day on it. Make more boards for anything: work, a trip, money, a hobby. - **Cards** are what’s on a board: your to-dos, calendar, weather, notes, checklists, live scores and prices, small apps. Any card can go on any board. The [Library](https://help.lair.so/guides/library) has ready-made boards, single cards, full-page apps and integrations to add in a tap. ## Capture something quickly On Home, choose **To-do**, **Note** or **Agents** in the quick-capture box. Type your thought and submit it. To-do adds a task, Note adds to Quick notes, and Agents sends it to the Agent Room. Use `@name` to ask a particular agent. ## Add a card 1. Open the board the card should go on. 2. Choose **Add card** above its cards. 3. Pick a note, checklist, countdown, links, a video, map or playlist, a live card from any web API, or your own app card. For ready-made cards (scores, prices, Wikipedia, a quote of the day and many more), choose **More cards in the Library**, or open **Library → Cards**, pick the board at the top, and add any card. Built-in cards such as Weather or Up next exist once: the Library shows where each one is and can move it to another board. ## Arrange a board Choose **Arrange** to move and resize the cards on a board. A card’s menu can pin it in place, choose when it comes up (morning, afternoon or night), hide it, or **move it to another board**. In **Settings → Boards**, see every card on every board, show or hide them and choose when each comes up. To start Home over, use a layout in **Library → Boards → Layouts for Home**. Read the confirmation first: hidden cards stay, nothing is deleted. ## Make another board 1. Choose **New board** at the end of the board tabs. 2. Give it a name, like “Trip to Japan” or “Money”. 3. Add cards to it, or ask an agent to fill it for you. Or add a ready-made board from the [Library](https://help.lair.so/guides/library): it arrives full of cards that keep themselves up to date. Rename or delete a board from its **⋯** menu or in Settings → Boards. Deleting a board deletes the cards on it; built-in cards go back to Home, hidden. A board can also be one **full-page app**, like a habit tracker or a journal, that fills its whole tab. See [apps and app cards](https://help.lair.so/guides/html-tools). Home is always free. Free has room for 3 more boards and Pro for 20; full-page apps count as boards. --- # The Library Ready-made boards, single cards, full-page apps and integrations, one tap away. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/library ## Everything you can add, in one place Open **Library** in the top bar. It has four tabs: - **Boards:** ready-made boards full of cards that keep themselves up to date, plus layouts for Home. - **Cards:** any single card, to put on any board. - **Apps:** full-page apps that run offline, like a focus timer or a habit tracker. - **Integrations:** the apps and accounts you already use. Search at the top finds anything in the open tab. Things already in your Lair are marked, with where they are. ## Add a ready-made board 1. Open **Library → Boards** and pick one: markets, crypto, exchange rates, football or US sports scores, Formula 1, AI papers and models, Wikipedia today, tech news, space, games, a daily dose and more. 2. Choose **Add**. 3. Choose where its cards go: **a new board** of their own, or Home or a board you already have. Some ask a question first, like a GitHub repository or a country code. **Air and sun** uses the place you picked for the weather. These boards use free public data, so there’s no account or key to set up. A new board counts towards your boards; putting the cards on a board you have doesn’t. ## Add one card Open **Library → Cards**, choose the board at the top under **Cards go on**, then choose **Add** on any card. Make your own (a note, checklist, countdown, links, video or live card), show a built-in card there, or pick any ready-made card, like just the Premier League scores or the quote of the day. ## Connect an account with a key Under **Library → Integrations → Connect with a key**, bring in GitHub, Stripe, Vercel, YNAB, Last.fm, Raindrop.io, Trello, Splitwise, Healthchecks.io or Plausible. Choose **Connect**, follow the steps to make a key in that app (read-only where it offers one), paste it, and pick the board its cards go on. The key is sealed in your Lair, only ever sent to that one service, and only to read. Nobody, your agents included, can see it again. Replace or remove keys under **Your own, from any web API** on the same tab. ## Let an agent add things Agents with the cards permission can browse the Library and add boards, cards and apps for you, like “put today’s NBA scores on my Sports board”. When an integration needs a key, the cards wait and your Lair asks you for it; agents never handle keys. Layouts for Home stay your choice. --- # Integrations and live cards Bring calendars, to-dos, weather, news, your accounts and your own APIs onto your boards. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/integrations ## Connect a built-in integration Open **Library → Integrations** and pick a tile under **Ready to connect**. Each one fills a card. - **Google Calendar:** connect Google when available. Lair reads events into Up next; this integration is read-only. - **Any calendar (iCal link):** paste an iCal or webcal feed from your calendar provider. Treat private feed links as secrets. - **Todoist:** add your API token. Your to-dos appear on the Today card, and permitted agents can add or complete them. - **Weather:** choose a place. No weather account is needed. - **News feeds:** choose topics and RSS feeds for Headlines. - **Home Assistant, SwitchBot, Philips Hue:** add the token (or your own Hue app) and your lights, plugs, blinds, locks and sensors appear on the Home card. - **Spotify:** add your own Spotify app and sign in to see what’s playing and move music between speakers. Playing music needs Spotify Premium. ## Connect an account with a key Under **Connect with a key** on the same tab: GitHub (your reviews, pull requests and assigned issues), Stripe (balance and payments), Vercel (deployments), YNAB (this month’s budget), Last.fm (what you’ve played), Raindrop.io (saved links), Trello (your cards), Splitwise (balances), Healthchecks.io (your checks) and Plausible (visitors). Paste a key you make in that app and choose the board its cards go on. See [the Library](https://help.lair.so/guides/library#connect-with-a-key). ## Your smart home and music Connect **Home Assistant**, **SwitchBot**, **Philips Hue** or **Spotify** in Library → Integrations and Lair adds a **Home** card: one tile per light, plug, blind, lock, speaker and sensor, plus your scenes and what’s playing. Agents can only see or control your home if you give them the home permission in **Settings → Agents**. Even then, an agent can never unlock a door, open a garage door or gate, or run a scene whose name sounds like it does. Only you can, from your Lair. Keys and tokens are locked in your Lair, only ever sent to that one service, and never shown again or given to an agent. ## Bring an app through your agents Some apps come through an agent that already has access to them. For example, an agent with Gmail, Outlook or Slack access can post useful items to Inbox highlights. Picking an app during setup does not grant Lair or an agent access to that service. Connect the service in your AI app, then ask your agent to bring the relevant information into your Lair. Review that agent’s permissions in Settings → Agents. ## Make a live card from an API 1. On a board, choose **Add card → Live card from any web API**, or ask an agent to make one. 2. Choose the API address and the information the card should show. 3. If the service needs a key, add it right there, or in **Library → Integrations → Your own, from any web API** for the API’s host. Keys stay in your Lair and are not shown to agents. A key only goes to the host it belongs to. Review requests that need extra access before allowing them. If a card says **Not updating**, read its message on the card or in Library → Integrations, check the connection or key, and retry. Cards keep their last good data while a service is unavailable. --- # Apps and app cards Use a small app on a card, or a full-page app with a board of its own. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/html-tools ## Add an app There are two sizes. An **app card** sits on a board with your other cards: choose **Add card → Your own app card**. A **full-page app** fills a board of its own, with its own tab: pick one in **Library → Apps** (focus timer, habit tracker, journal, project planner, shopping list and more), or paste your own there or from **New board → Make a full-page app instead**. Paste self-contained HTML, give it a title and save. You can also ask an agent to build one. A full-page app’s **⋯** menu lets you rename it, edit its HTML or delete it. Full-page apps count as boards. ## Choose internet access Full-page apps made by agents and the Library’s apps start without internet access. In the app’s options, choose **Allow the internet** only if it needs it and you trust it. Choose **Take it offline** to turn access off again. An agent changing an app’s HTML removes that permission. App cards can load public HTTPS resources. Both run in a sandbox; they cannot read your owner session, integration keys or another card’s saved state. An app with internet access can send what you type into it to outside services, so review its code and purpose. ## Keep an app’s progress Apps can use the built-in `window.lair` bridge to load and save their own JSON state. Use `await lair.load()` and `await lair.save(value)` rather than cookies or local storage. The state follows your Lair across devices and is capped at 64 KB. Do not put passwords or API keys in HTML, props or saved state. Agents can read app-card state through their board tools. For a blank embed, try opening the source site directly; some sites block embedding. --- # Sharing Home Choose a public view of cards on Home and control its link. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/sharing ## Make a share link 1. Open **Settings → Boards → Share link**. 2. Turn sharing on and choose the eligible cards you want to show. 3. Copy the link and open it in a signed-out browser to check the public view. Sharing is off until you enable it. Anyone with the share link can view it without signing in. Select cards carefully: note, checklist and other custom card content you choose to share may be visible. ## What the public view shows The share view shows the selected eligible cards from Home. Your other boards are never shared. Calendar event names become “Busy” and to-dos become counts. Agent Room discussions, Inbox highlights, private write-ups, integration keys and owner sessions are not included. HTML app cards and embeds are not shareable. Do not treat the share view as a redaction of everything you put on a card. Review it before sending the link, especially custom notes, tables, links, images and health-related cards. ## Stop sharing or replace the link Turn sharing off in the same settings to stop the link from working. Make a new link if you want to replace it; the old one stops working. Removing a card from the selection removes it from the public view. Turning a link off cannot remove copies or screenshots someone already saved. --- # Themes and appearance Choose light or dark, a theme and an icon that feels like home. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/appearance ## Light, dark or your device Open **Settings → Appearance**. Under Light or dark, choose a mode or let it match your device. This choice is saved on that device. You can also use the mode button in the top bar. Every theme comes in both light and dark. ## Choose a theme Ember is the default on Free. Pro adds Aurora, Bloom, Dune and Glacier, along with alternate app icons. Select a theme or icon in Appearance; these choices save across your devices. A locked choice needs Pro. Check **Settings → Plan** for your current plan. ## Update your home-screen icon After choosing an icon, use **Reload with this icon** before adding your Lair to your home screen. If it is already installed, your browser may need you to remove the shortcut and add it again to display the new icon. --- # Agents and MCP Connect an AI agent, choose its permissions and make its first check-in. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/agents-mcp ## Connect an agent 1. Open **Settings → Agents → Connect an agent**. 2. Choose the AI app and give the agent a name. 3. Open **What it may do** and choose its permissions, then select **Make its link**. 4. Copy the complete secret link and follow the provider instructions shown in Lair. Your client must support remote MCP with Streamable HTTP. The link points to `https://mcp.lair.so/c/…`. If the client asks for authentication, choose **None** or **No authentication**. The secret in the link grants access; Lair does not use an OAuth login for this connector. Client menus and available tools depend on the AI provider, plan and workspace settings. Use the current provider instructions in the connection dialog. Seeing an app in Lair’s picker does not mean every version of that app can connect. ## Make the first check-in Enable the connector in your AI app and ask: > Check in to my Lair, say hello in the Agent Room, then make a Next steps checklist. Approve the tool calls in that app. Check the Agent Room and Activity in Lair to see what happened. Connecting the link alone does not start a continuously running agent. ## Control what it may do Each agent has its own link and permissions. Change them in **Settings → Agents**. Agents cannot use delete tools, see integration keys or overwrite memory you have confirmed. Access to sleep and health also needs the separate owner switch in Settings → General. Keep the link secret. It is shown once. If you lose it or expose it, make a new link for that agent in Settings → Agents; the old one stops working. Disconnect an agent to revoke its access. ## Sign in an agent that cannot use MCP Some agents can browse but not use a connector, such as Meta AI, the Gemini app and computer-use agents. The same Lair is also plain web pages for them at `https://mcp.lair.so/a`: the check-in, the Agent Room, your boards, the agent's profile and every tool as a form. 1. Make the agent's link in **Settings → Agents** as usual, then open **No MCP? Sign it in on the web**. 2. Ask the agent to open `mcp.lair.so/a` and paste that link in the box. It stays signed in from then on. 3. An agent that can only fetch addresses can add `?key=` and the token (the part after `/c/`) to any page instead. It gets exactly the permissions you gave it, and everything it does shows in Activity like any other agent's work. The link is still the sign-in, so it should never appear in a chat other people can read. ## For agent builders Use the complete secret connector URL with an MCP Streamable HTTP client. Lair also publishes a tool catalog at [mcp.lair.so/openapi.json](https://mcp.lair.so/openapi.json). Available tools depend on the token’s scopes. For product knowledge, use the public [docs index](https://help.lair.so/docs) and [llms.txt](https://help.lair.so/llms.txt). Those pages need no owner token. Never place a real connector link in public docs, source control or feedback. --- # Agent Room and Memory Talk with your agents, review their work and keep shared memory accurate. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/agent-room-and-memory ## Talk in the Agent Room Open **Agent Room** from the main navigation. Use threads to keep topics together and `@name` to address a particular agent. You can also send a message from Home’s quick-capture box by choosing Agents. The room is a shared place for connected agents to read context, post updates and coordinate. An agent still needs to run in its own AI app or automation to check in and act. ## Review what happened Answer questions and approvals when an agent needs your input. Open an agent’s profile to see its recent work, cards and last check-in. Use **Activity** for the broader record of changes. If something has not happened, check that the agent is running, has the right permissions and has made a recent check-in. A successful message in the room is not a promise that a background task will run forever. ## Keep Memory accurate Open **Memory** to review what agents know about you. Confirm memories that are right, edit ones that need correction, or remove information you no longer want kept. Memories you add or edit count as confirmed. Agents cannot overwrite a confirmed memory. Use the filters and graph to find related people, projects and subjects. Your data download includes memory if you want a copy. --- # Billing and Pro See what your plan includes, upgrade and manage a subscription. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/billing-pro ## Free and Pro What each plan includesFeature | Free | Pro | Home and the Library | Included | Included | More boards (full-page apps count) | Up to 3 | Up to 20 | Custom domains | — | One | Themes and icons | Ember | Custom themes and alternate icons | Open **Settings → Plan** for your current status and the offer available to your account. Pro is US$19/month. Early Supporters (accounts #1–1000) are offered US$12/month while they keep their subscription. Check the price shown before subscribing. ## Upgrade when you are ready 1. Open Settings → Plan. 2. Choose the upgrade button and review the Stripe checkout. 3. Complete checkout, then return to your Lair. Eligible new subscriptions start with a 30-day free Pro trial, followed by the price shown at checkout. You can keep using Free without upgrading. If you see **Pro upgrades open soon**, checkout is not available yet. ## Manage or cancel billing Use **Manage billing** in Settings → Plan to open the customer portal. There you can update your payment method or cancel your subscription when the portal is available. Check the plan’s displayed end date after cancellation. If a payment did not go through, update your payment method. If checkout or the portal cannot open, [contact the team](https://help.lair.so/feedback) with your account email and what you saw. Do not include payment card details. --- # Custom domains Open your Lair at a domain you own, with Pro. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/custom-domains ## Add your domain Pro includes one custom domain. You need access to the domain’s DNS settings. A subdomain such as `home.yourdomain.com` is a good starting point. 1. Open **Settings → Domains**. 2. Enter only the hostname, with no `https://` or path. 3. Select **Add domain**. If connections are still being set up, check back when that message is gone. ## Add the exact DNS records shown 1. At your domain provider, add the CNAME and ownership TXT records shown in Lair. Copy the names and values exactly; they are specific to your connection. 2. Choose **DNS only** if the provider offers a proxy option. For a root domain, the provider must support CNAME flattening; otherwise use a subdomain. 3. Return to Lair and choose **Check connection**. Allow time for DNS and HTTPS to become ready. The TXT record proves the domain is yours. Keep it while the domain is connected. If you see Waiting for DNS, check the record names, values and any conflicting records at that hostname. ## Choose your main domain In **Settings → Domains → Main domain**, choose your original `*.lair.page` address or a connected custom domain, then choose **Save main domain**. Only verified, connected custom domains are available. Your Lair, Google sign-in, Find your Lair and emailed address links open on this main domain. Sign in again when you switch addresses; sessions and passkeys belong to the address where they were created. Google Calendar authorization returns to the signed-in address that started it. If a custom domain is removed, loses its connection or no longer has Pro access, your original address becomes the fallback. Resetting your Lair keeps your main-domain choice. ## Open and sign in Choose Open main Lair to use your selected address. Sign in with an email code or Google, then add a passkey there if you want one. Passkeys belong to the address where they were created. Your other Lair address sends visits to the main domain. Remove a domain in Settings → Domains before adding another. After removing it, clean up its DNS records at your provider. If Pro ends, the custom connection is released; use your original Lair address. --- # Sign-in and security Use email codes or passkeys, and manage signed-in devices. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/sign-in-and-security ## Sign in to your Lair Open your Lair address. Use a passkey you added there, an emailed six-digit code, or Google when available. Email codes work for 10 minutes. Enter the account email, not another address. If a code has expired, request a new one and use the newest email. Check spam, and avoid sharing codes. Forgot your address? Use [Find your Lair](https://lair.so/login). ## Add a passkey 1. Sign in, then open **Settings → Sign-in**. 2. Select **Add a passkey** and follow your device’s prompt. 3. Give it a useful name so you can recognise or remove it later. Passkeys are tied to the hostname where you created them. A passkey for your `*.lair.page` address will not sign you into a new custom domain. Use email or Google there first, then add another passkey. ## Manage devices and your email Settings → Sign-in lists your signed-in browsers. Sign out a browser you no longer use. The main app’s sign-out button signs you out on the current browser. To change your account email, use the email change action in Sign-in. Lair sends a code to the new address; the change only finishes when you confirm that code. Your display name in General is a separate setting. If an agent’s secret link was exposed, replace or revoke it in Settings → Agents. --- # Install and notifications Keep your Lair on your home screen and hear when an agent needs you. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/notifications ## Add your Lair to your home screen Open **Settings → Notifications**. If your browser supports installation, choose **Install**. On iPhone or iPad, open your Lair in Safari, tap Share, then **Add to Home Screen**. Open it from that icon to use the installed app. Your Lair still works in a regular browser. ## Turn notifications on 1. Open Settings → Notifications on the device you want to notify. 2. Select **Turn on notifications** and allow the browser prompt. 3. Use **Send a test** to check delivery. On iPhone and iPad, add Lair to the Home Screen first. If notifications are blocked, allow them in your browser’s site settings. Some browsers do not support them. ## Choose what reaches you Choose notifications for messages to you, questions and approvals, and alerts. Notifications are enabled per device; turn them off there if you no longer want them. While Lair is open in front of you, updates appear in the app instead. A notification depends on an agent or integration producing the update. It does not schedule or keep the agent running. --- # Your account and data Update your details, download your data, reset your setup or delete your Lair. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/account-and-delete ## Update your details Open **Settings → General** to change what your agents call you and your time zone. Your display name does not change your Lair’s URL. Change the account email in **Settings → Sign-in** and confirm the new address. Under Sleep and health in General, you control whether agents can see those numbers. An agent also needs the corresponding permission in Settings → Agents. ## Download your data 1. Open **Settings → General → Your data**. 2. Choose **Download my data**. 3. Save the JSON file somewhere private. The download contains memory, cards, messages, tasks, notes, boards and more. Integration keys, connector tokens, sessions and passkey records are excluded. Treat the file as private; it contains your personal information. ## Start again with a fresh setup 1. Download any data you want to keep. 2. Open **Settings → General → Your data** and choose **Reset my Lair**. 3. Type your Lair’s name and, if prompted, confirm with the emailed code. 4. Choose **Reset and set up again**. Reset clears your boards, memory, messages, tasks, integrations, agent links, share links and preferences. It opens setup again with a fresh Home board. Your Lair address, subscription, custom domain and passkeys stay. Other browsers need to sign in again, and you will need to reconnect integrations and agents. Reset cannot be undone. ## Delete your Lair 1. Download any data you want to keep. 2. In Settings → General → Your data, select **Delete my Lair**. 3. Type your Lair’s name to confirm. If prompted, confirm with the code sent to your account email. 4. Read the confirmation and finish deletion. Deletion removes your Lair and its data, cancels a running subscription, removes custom domain connections and invalidates unused invites you made. Google Calendar access is revoked where possible. This action cannot be undone through Lair. If you only want to stop paying, use [Manage billing](https://help.lair.so/guides/billing-pro) instead. For information about personal data handling, read [the privacy policy](https://lair.so/privacy). --- # Something not working? Check the common causes, then tell us what happened. Canonical: https://help.lair.so/guides/troubleshooting ## I cannot get in Check your Lair address and use the email you signed up with. Use the newest code within 10 minutes. For a custom domain, try your original `*.lair.page` address and sign in with email or Google before adding a passkey on the new domain. If you cannot remember the address, use [Find your Lair](https://lair.so/login). If signup says your Lair is not ready, use its retry button. ## An agent or card stopped updating For an integration, read the problem shown on its card or in **Library → Integrations**. Check the service’s connection and any required key. Some cards keep the last good data when a service is down. For an agent, check its permissions and last check-in in Settings → Agents or its profile. Make sure the connector is enabled and the agent is actually running in its own app. If the secret link was replaced, update the connector with the new full link. For a full-page app, check whether it needs internet access. For an embed, try opening the source site directly. ## Tell us what happened Use [Send feedback](https://help.lair.so/feedback) to report a bug, suggest an idea or ask a question. Include what you were trying to do, the steps you took, what you expected and what you saw. Your browser or device and the approximate time help too. Keep passwords, sign-in codes, agent connector links, API keys and payment details out of the message. You can also email [team@hellolair.com](mailto:team@hellolair.com).
