Boards and cards
Add, arrange and pin the things you want to see every day.
Capture something quickly#
On Home, choose To-do, Note or Agents in the quick-capture box. Type your thought and submit it. To-do adds a task, Note adds to Quick notes, and Agents sends it to the Agent Room. Use @name to ask a particular agent.
The Add menu lets you create a note, checklist, countdown, live card from a web API or your own HTML card.
Make the board fit your day#
Use Arrange cards to move and resize cards. In Settings → Home, you can show or hide cards and choose when they come up. Pin cards you want to keep in place all day.
Ready-made layouts in Settings → Home give your main board a fresh starting point. Read the confirmation before replacing your layout.
Give a project its own board#
- Open Add on your main board.
- Choose New card board and give it a name.
- Add cards to that board, or ask an agent to fill it for you.
Card boards use the same cards as Home. HTML boards are full-page tools or experiences. Free has room for 3 custom boards; Pro has room for 20. Your main board is separate from that allowance.
Choose Browse the board store to explore ready-made boards and tools. HTML boards have their own internet and saved-state rules.
